Alan is an experienced business consultant with in depth practical
application of work flow analysis, statements of users requirements,
business requirements specifications, procurement and the planning,
application and implementation of business solutions to produce a
complete solution to any business situation. He has a Lloyds
accreditation for systems Quality Audits and has a special interest
in Security Management.
Margaret has a depth of practical based knowledge in Office
Administration and a number of key skills in the use of Office
Applications. She has in particular specialist knowledge of packages
such as those found in the Microsoft product family including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access and some of the more specialist ones such
as Visio.
Together they can offer a blend of core skills to; firstly in
understanding the business and its main aims and objectives,
secondly through analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of any
business processes to produce practical cost affordable proposals
and finally to carry out the planning, procurement and
implementation of the optimum solution.
