WASTED MILLIONS ON IT TRAINING

A recent report conducted by Metrica Research concluded that companies continue to invest in Information Technology, but fail to train their staff to use them. This failure costs millions in lost productivity and wasted management time and effort.

Many companies agonise over the issue of how staff can waste time playing games and surfing the Internet when these facilities are provided. However, companies will invest millions on new IT systems but include no training in the project plans. Some businesses recognise this problem, but fail to react positively. A lack of communication between the IT and HR departments is seen as one problem.
